Mindful Breathing Workshop

During this 2-hour workshop, you’ll go on a journey of the nervous- and respiratory systems. You’ll discover that your breath is the companion that is always with you to support you through life’s ups and downs. We will share some of the very basic breathing techniques that can be used by anyone, anywhere, anytime.
