What is Pilates

Pilates balances the body, creating both strength and length. A low-impact flexibility and muscular endurance style of exercise with a focus on stabilizing muscles. Through a regular Pilates practice your joints will become better supported decreasing the chance of injury. We also work on more than just the major muscle groups like glutes, abs, quads and shoulders, but into the deeper core muscles and back muscles that help to stabilize the spine and improve posture
