If you suffer with...
- weight issues
- skin problems
- joint pain
- digestive issues
- asthma or sinusitis
- depression and/or anxiety
...you might be part of the 45% of the population who suffer with food intolerances.
Optiway is a Food Intolerance Test that tests a full menu of 222 different types of food. This is a simple way to test which foods are suitable for you and which you are intolerant to.
Once you have completed the OptiWay test, you will receive guidance from our practitioner either face-to-face or via Zoom. You will also receive an easy-to-read, color-coded report as well as a Food Intolerance Support Guide via email.
The report will tell you which foods you are highly-, moderately-, and not at all intolerant to, whilst the OptiWay Food Intolerance Support Guide will assist you in removing or reducing reactive foods from your diet whilst avoiding nutrient deficiencies by substituting with similar alternatives.
You will finally have the answer as to whether it’s the aubergine you had yesterday or the tuna from earlier this week that’s lead to your uncomfortable cramping, or whether you really should have that slice of toast with your eggs.
And just imagine the immense benefits involved for moms when it comes to children’s lunchtime and possible reactions to a recipe that’s been handed down through generations!
Where and How is the test conducted?
Our certified Live Blood Analysis practitioner takes your blood sample through by means of a finger prick at our offices in Randfontein. The sample is then sent to the laboratory for testing. Once we've received your report we will schedule an appointment with you to discuss your results and the way forward. It usually takes about 2 weeks to get the results back.
