This course is extremely beneficial for anyone who struggles with incontinence, has Diastesis Recti and postpartum women. This is a 6 week course that covers the complete recovery of the core and pelvic floor muscles.
During the Core Recovery course we focus on reconnecting the mind muscle connection with our deep core - and pelvic floor muscles. Through breathing exercises, muscle activation and focused exercises we can heal Diastesis Recti, pelvic floor Dysfunction, improve posture, prevent injuries and stop incontinence.
